How to order
- Choose a menu above. Tell us the date, the time and the number of guests. We need 3 days' notice.
- Pick one dish on each line.
- Give us your agency, school or company name, your name and email, and two contact numbers for the day. Add your PO or GeBIZ reference if you have one.
- Press Get my quotation. Your GST quotation reaches your email in minutes.
- The signed Healthier Catering Declaration Form follows by the next working day.
- To confirm, reply with your purchase order, or pay online by card or PayNow.
What is the Healthier Catering policy?
Catering bought by government agencies follows the Health Promotion Board's Healthier Catering Guidelines. The current guidelines took effect on 1 February 2024.
In short, the guidelines ask for: plain water with every menu that has drinks. Drinks low in sugar. Coffee and tea with no sugar or milk added. Wholegrains in every rice, noodle or bread dish. Healthier cooking oil. Lower-sodium salt and sauces. Fresh fruit on every menu. A limit on deep-fried dishes, each one labelled.
The caterer signs HPB's Healthier Catering Declaration Form for the agency. Every menu on this page follows HPB's Healthier Catering Guidelines, so you do not have to check each dish yourself.

Which orders does the policy cover?
Catering bought by government agencies: ministries, statutory boards and schools. If you are not sure about your order, ask your procurement or finance team.
What is the declaration form?
It is HPB's Healthier Catering Declaration Form. The caterer signs it to say the menu follows the guidelines. We fill it in for your agency and your menu, sign it, and email it to you by the next working day.
How many deep-fried dishes are on a menu?
At most one, and only on the fuller menus. It is your choice: every line with a deep-fried dish also has baked choices. Deep-fried dishes are marked DF.
Do you run a halal kitchen?
Yes. We run a halal kitchen · no pork, no lard, no alcohol.

What do delivery and a buffet line add?
They are listed under each group of menus, before GST. Every menu also shows what a guest pays on its smallest delivered order, with GST. A buffet line is set up for your guests to serve themselves. Service crew is optional.
How do we pay?
Agencies and schools: reply to the quotation with your purchase order, and we issue a tax invoice for your e-invoice. Companies can also pay online by card or PayNow.
