We arrive 60โ€“90 minutes before eating time to set up; on busy days we may come earlier โ€” please have the setup space ready. The line is fully dressed at least 30 minutes before eating. Our crew returns to collect the equipment 4โ€“5.5 hours after eating starts (SFA 4-hour food-safety rule).
๐Ÿ‘ฅ Self-service buffet โ€” no crew staying
We set up and clear the line; during the meal YOUR side manages it: food top-ups from the warmers, disposables, and fire-burner (fuel) top-ups. Any damage to our buffet equipment is chargeable at replacement cost. Raja's Catering is not liable for injuries or incidents at the buffet line. Prefer us to run it? Add service crew above.
