Can we start with one block of workers and add the rest later?
Yes. Most contracts start with one site. Add workers any time with 7 days' notice and the rate drops to the new band automatically.
What happens after I click start?
Bank transfer: your GST invoice arrives by email within minutes and our workforce desk calls you the same working day to fix the tasting and menu sign-off. Card: you pay on Stripe now and get the same call. First delivery on your chosen start date.
Our workers are Bangladeshi and Indian. Can you cook for both?
Yes. Rice, dal, vegetable and a curry suits both. We add fish-curry days for Bangladeshi teams and adjust spice on request. Chinese and vegetarian tracks run on the same delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
Every day of the year. Festival days get a special menu at no extra cost.
Can our workers pay for their own meals?
For dormitory operators we run worker-paid monthly plans with PayNow sign-up, so the operator carries no food cost. WhatsApp us for the dormitory plan sheet.
What if a delivery is late or wrong?
Call the supervisor hotline. Replacement meals go out on the same run where possible, and the affected meals are credited on the next invoice.
